How often should I have my security system checked?
The maintenance requirements of a security system will vary from set up to set up, based on its complexity, the location of the cameras, etc. Some of our clients require quarterly visits, others half yearly or even yearly. We will advise you on a maintenance schedule specific to your needs when we install your new system.
How long will the systems last before they are in need of an upgrade?
There are always going to be advancements in technology, but our job is to work out which ones are relevant to you and which ones you don't need to worry about. By understanding your requirements and priorities, we know whether you need to know about the latest and greatest gadgets or whether your requirements are more aligned with a set-and-forget system, where maybe every 2 or 3 years we look at improving it - or somewhere in between! This can also be location specific. If you have an area where visibility is low, and a new camera is released that allows for wider angles or better clarity in lower light, and we think it's good value, we'll let you know and then it's completely up to you to decide.
Does everyone in your team have up to date working with children checks?
Yes we do. We do a lot of CCTV works in schools throughout Victoria and all of them require everyone on the job to have a working with children check.
Do you have insurance?
We have $20,000,000 public liability insurance. The company is registered with the Security Industry Licensing board. All workers are protected with Work Cover and are fully licensed to complete their tasks.

Once you're ready, we book in a time to come out to you and review what you have in place and what your requirements are in terms of a new security system or an upgrade to your current system. From there, we prepare a detailed proposal that outlines all of the costs involved with the installation of your new/upgraded security system. There's no hard sell and no obligation.
